How is it that last year I had the most insane motivation to work out/keep to a diet and now it’s just nada?
I think it’s because I’m pretty ok with my body now, I look good in clothes, i’m at a good weight for my height, whereas before that was not the case. I don’t knoooow because I still want to go down a bit more.
I’m fasting for a week because next week is orthodox easter (only allowed to eat fish, veggie, fruit and bread, no animal products except fish), so hopefully a healthy week will get me back on track. It kick started it for me last year!
For some reason when I put my mind to something like fasting for example, I absolutely do not give in even when I have cravings, but otherwise? NOPE BRING ON THE JUNK
